Description of this Form:

The purpose of this form is to streamline the process of collecting all of the necessary information for making a room reservation. Further, this form automatically emails this information to the appropriate personnel.

Use this form for the following types of reservations:

  • Master Class
  • Lecture
  • Academic (Course-relate, including studio class reservations)
  • Exam Defense
  • Rehearsal
  • Meeting/Conference Call
  • Recording Session (Using SOM Recording Services)
  • Self-Recording Session
  • Auditions
  • Orientation/Recruiting
  • Juries
  • Other or Unknown

For events, such as concerts, recitals, dress rehearsals, and large festivals/conferences, please complete the Event Request Form.

Room reservation requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the reservation start time. Requests received after this period may not be accommodated. Larger requests may need more lead time for the reservation.

Students wishing to do a self-recording session may not use the Recital Hall for this purpose. If you are a student and would like to do a self-recording session, please select from any of the other rooms listed.
